What we collect

When you register as a trainee we store your name, email address and the optional details you add to your profile (country, company, job title, phone number). While you study we record which lessons you complete, your exam attempts and the certificates issued to you.

When you use the contact form we store the message and the contact details you provide so that we can reply.

Why we keep it

We use this information to run your training account, to issue and verify certificates, and to answer enquiries. We do not sell personal data.

Certificate verification

Anyone who has a certificate's verification code or serial number can see the holder's name, the programme, the date of issue and whether the certificate is valid. No other personal data is shown.

Cookies

The site uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your language. It does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can correct your details in your trainee profile. To ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be closed, write to info@utr.institute. Records of issued certificates are kept so that they remain verifiable.
